The Diploma in solar Engineering certificate program is a one year diploma after 10th course taught by hybrid learning. Students enrolled for the course will be on the job working for a solar company. There is also session of the Personal Contact Program (PCP) modules for 5 days. This is held at one of our installed Solar Power plant locations around Mumbai. This Solar  course is designed to train Engineers /technicians who can install, maintain and promote the uses of  Solar PV systems and other appliances.

Course Description for diploma after 10th course

After going through this course the student will be able to:

Eligibility

• Passed 12th class examination with Science and Mathematics or its equivalent
• Preference will be given to candidates working in the Solar Sector/ Related energy sector.
• Admission for this course will be conducted in TWO PHASES for the convenience of International and upcountry students.

Please note that ONCE SEATS ARE FILLED IN THE FIRST PHASE, ADMISSION FOR THE SECOND PHASE WILL NOT BE HELD.

Admission Notice – Diploma in Solar Engineering for the academic year 2023-24 diploma after 10th course.

IISE is offering a Solar Technician Diploma for the academic year 2023-24. This course is specifically designed for working professionals in the solar sector who are looking to upgrade their skills & profile as per the latest industry standards.

Admission to this course will be conducted in two phases. If the seats are filled in the first phase. Then the second phase of admission won’t be held.

FIRST PHASE:

• Online application start date: 30th August 2023
• Last date for application is  28th September 2023
• Last Date for Admission is  30th September 2023.

Application received on or before 28th September 2023 will be called for admission process. The Exact dates will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates.

Selection for the diploma after 10th course will be strictly on Merit. Seats are limited so students would be shortlisted on first cum first serve basis depending upon qualifications & experience. If the number of applications received is more than expected. IISE have the right to conduct entrance exam & personal interview to fill the vacant seats in the second phase. Originals should be presented during the personal interview stage.

Scenario one :

This amount is refundable after a deduction of Rs 500/- for the processing charges if you are not selected for the program…

Scenario Two :

If you are selected for the program and take the admission, This amount will be adjusted against your course fee.

Scenario Three :

If you are selected and don’t take the admission, then only this amount will be forfeited.

Step Two

Shortlisted candidates will be called for the admission round. Originals should be presented during this stage. Admission cum course fee should be paid at this stage as per the fee schedule given by IISE.
