Key Topics: Power plant layout & workflow, module mounting procedures, DC/AC cabling & earthing, inverter installation & commissioning support, SCADA overview & performance monitoring, preventive maintenance, safety drills.
Hands-On Practical Training
Five structured lab sessions build from basic tools to a full mini solar project — the same hands-on exposure that separates job-ready graduates from classroom-only certificates.
Fundamentals of Solar PV & Basic Electrical Tools
Build familiarity with solar components, PPE, and safe multimeter use for voltage, current, and resistance measurement.
Testing of Solar Cells
Measure Voc & Isc of individual cells, study shading effects, and test series/parallel cell combinations.
Testing of Solar Modules
Perform module-level Voc/Isc testing under sunlight, compare series vs. parallel wiring, and assess tilt/orientation impact.
Balance of System (BoS) Practical Training
Wire a module to a charge controller and battery, measure charging parameters, and test DC load operation.
Mini Solar Project & Performance Evaluation
Assemble a complete solar system, run ACDB/DCDB wiring, complete a commissioning checklist, and troubleshoot real faults.

Diversify Your Skills
Solar, battery storage, and EV systems increasingly overlap on real project sites. Many of our alumni layer a second specialization onto their solar foundation.
Add Battery Systems Expertise
Battery energy storage systems (BESS) are becoming standard alongside solar installations. Build a second specialization that makes you more valuable to EPC firms and clients alike.
Explore Battery Systems Courses →Expand into EV Systems
Solar and EV charging infrastructure are converging fast. Graduates looking to go deeper often pair this program with our PG Diploma in Electric Vehicle Technology.
Explore EV Systems Courses →Admissions Closing Soon
Seats are capped at 30 to keep hands-on practical sessions properly supervised. Submit your inquiry before the intake closes.
100% Placement Assistance
Backed by a network of 500+ placement partners across India's solar EPC, O&M, and renewable energy sector, we support every graduate through resume prep, interview readiness, and direct employer introductions.
[VERIFY: "500+ placement partners" figure — confirm this matches or should be reconciled with the institute-wide "200+ hiring partners" stat used elsewhere on the site]
For Entrepreneurs: Beyond Placement
Not looking for a job? Our career team also connects business-track graduates with vendor networks, distributor introductions, and peer founder communities from the same alumni base.
