IISE Industrial Training is a unique program that aims to provide practical hands-on experience training to 10+2/ ITI passed students.  Our goal is to equip future solar technicians/Installers in the renewable sector with the skills, knowledge, and tools to work in the renewable industry benefiting the local people & communities worldwide.

The main objective of industrial training is to provide the best and most relevant theoretical knowledge gained in a particular time period. Students complete their industrial training during a minimum period of 12 weeks and pass the training assessment in order to complete the certification. It provides the students an opportunity to experience different work environments with the latest technologies that are currently being used by the relevant industry.

Solar industrial training is a 3-month unique hybrid program combining course training and practical hands-on experience in the renewable industry.

Total number of Seats – 10 no’s

Location: Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai/ Thane

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+2 / ITI pass or equivalent is preferable.
  • Recent pass-outs from the year 2022 only.
  • Excellent communication skills and good network
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Take initiative at work and proactively get things done.
  • Should be able to speak either Hindi or English.

  PERIOD:  3 Months

Course Eligibility:

  • 10+2 / ITI pass or equivalent is preferable.
  • Recent pass outs from year 2022 only.
  • The participants should be at ideally 10+2  to apply.
