IISE Global Solar Internship is a unique program that combines targeted studies and hands-on experience for B.E/ B.Tech & Diploma Engineering students.  Our goal is to equip future leaders in the renewable sector with the skills, knowledge, and tools to implement effective and sustainable energy solutions for the local people & communities worldwide.

The Solar internship is designed not only for you to do great work with the opportunity to learn and grow, but to experience our culture full of diverse community connections, executive engagement, and experience memorable networking events.

The IISE Solar internship is a 6-month unique hybrid program combining classroom training and practical hands-on experience in various activities of our organization.

Total number of Vacancies – 10 no’s

Location: Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai/ Thane

REQUIREMENTS:

  • E/B.Tech/ Diploma Engineers are preferable.
  • BSc physics & Maths can also apply.
  • Recent pass outs from year 2020 only.
  • Excellent Communication skills and good network
  • Leadership and Management skills.
  • Strategy building and critical analysis.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Take initiative at work and proactively to get things done.
  • Should be able to speak fluently in Hindi & English.

 INTERNSHIP PERIOD:  6 Months

As an Intern, Your responsibilities:

  1. To work on the database by pitching about IISE, and regularly following up with the students & Companies.
  2. Listing all Engineering colleges & institutions and maintaining a strong database of the same.
  3. Understanding the scope for business coordination with clients and taking up the briefing sessions when needed.
  4. Comprehension of Market Trends and Strategies, as well as executing the new market initiatives.
  5. Coordinating with the faculty and marketing team to deliver the best events for our students.
  6. Handling and chalking out strategies to boost the organization on social media.
  7. Researching, creating, and applying trendy and suitable hashtags.
  8. Strong skills for convincing and promoting ideas and products on different media pages.
  9. Planning & Executing business development activities for IISE as per needs.
  10. Monitoring activities of competitors.
  11. Updating Team leader about the work on a daily basis.

Course Eligibility:

  • B.E / B.TECH – Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, E & TC  & Diploma Engineers are preferred.
  • Graduates from other fields can also apply. The participants should be at ideally 10+2  to apply.
